              Scheduled my appointment by phone and...

              Scheduled my appointment by phone and received a reminder e-mail the day before. I pulled into the service bay for routine maintenance appointment. A service rep greeted me and immediately got the vehicle checked in. I made myself comfy in the waiting room, complete with fresh coffee and treated myself to a doughnut. The car was finished in a timely manner and washed. This is a normal experience at Holman - not an exception.

              I brought my 2009 CTS in for scheduled...

              I brought my 2009 CTS in for scheduled maintenance, plus a few little extras I wanted done. As always the experience was quick and pleasant. If I could figure a reason to have it done 4 time a year instead of 2, I would. Just love the coffee, donuts and an hour to myself to read my latest novel--it's the only time I eat donuts and I truly look forward to it. And Joe Vogt is such a professional--so helpful, knowledgable and attentive. It's a toss-up if I love him or the donuts more!!

              My 2010 SRX with just under 31,000 miles...

              My 2010 SRX with just under 31,000 miles died on Thurs 2 May after I started it w/out problem in the garage and parked it in front of our house. Troy came out and jump started it, insisting that it was not the battery. My wife and I drove it for 30 minute at 70 mph and then went for lunch. When we came out the vehicle was again dead. Troy jumped it again and I drove it to you. After diagnostic tests Fri 3 May you called to say you did not know what the problem was. On Mon 6 May you called again and said that none of the diagnostic tests could identify the problem; but you replaced the battery because the vehicle kept dying. You now believe that the problem was a bad (but secret) cell in the battery. I HOPE THAT YOU'RE RIGHT. PdH

              I brought my 2008 CTS certified pre-owned...

              I brought my 2008 CTS certified pre-owned in for a warranty repair of the sunroof molding that would not seat correctly and allowed air and water inside the car. I also had an oil change done. The staff was extremely friendly and checked me in rather quickly and supplied me with a loaner vehicle so I could make it to work. The experience on the whole was excellent but I cannot give 5 stars to Holman and/or Cadillac because the seal ended up not being covered and cost me over $200. I specifically bought a certified pre-owned and paid extra for that because I wanted the peace of mind that things would be covered if they went wrong. What is the benefit of a bumper to bumper warranty if it doesn't cover bumper to bumper?
