1. Locate the tiny release button on the side of the key fob case. Press the button to open the case and reveal the metal key. 
2. Take the key out. There should be a small opening in the key fob. Use a flathead screwdriver to separate both sides of the key fob case. Once open, you’ll see the circuit board on one side and the battery on the other. 
3. Take the old battery out and gently insert the replacement battery. 
4. Cadillac key fob battery replacement requires a CR2032 battery. The positive side of the battery should face downward. 
5. Once the battery is properly in place, simply pop the case back together. You’re good to go!
