  1. Visit the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
  2. Search and download the MyCadillac mobile app and wait for it to install.
  3. If you don’t already have an OnStar account or a Cadillac Owner Center account, you’ll need to create one at
  4. Use your account information to log into the app on your smartphone. If you’ve already registered your vehicle with the Cadillac Owner Center, the app should recognize your vehicle automatically!
